Placing your order

All our products are made fresh each week.

When placing an order from our website please note the following: We require a minimum of 2 days notices for all orders. 

Our prep days are Tuesday and Wednesday and we require a minimum 2 clear days notice for orders to be completed. (e.g. Orders placed on Saturday will be available for collection the following Thursday when the deli re-opens)

Please contact us directly if you require a specific collection or delivery day so we can check stock levels and prep schedules at the deli.


Bespoke Cakes

When ordering a bespoke celebration cake, we require a minimum of two weeks notice.

All bespoke cakes are made to order and a deposit is required to confirm the order.

We require confirmation of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

A no obligation quote will be provided.

We can offer a deliver service and setting up service for your bespoke cake and delivery and setting up charges will be based on location and time.

For wedding cake orders – we can offer a tasting session to be arranged directly with Hazel.


Price and Payment

Our prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due before completion of your order and can be checked at checkout.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent a quote or made payment.


Cancellation & Changes

Should you need to cancel or amend any order, we require two working days notice to arrange this for you.

Should your order be damaged this should be reported immediately via email, offthewheatentrackdeli@gmail.com or by calling us on 0161 929 7349 Photographic evidence must be included.

Please note we are unable to accept returns.

We will only make a refund to the original credit card or debit card account used by you to make the online purchase.

No monies will be refunded if your order is cancelled with less than 24hrs of the order date.



We will make every effort to deliver your Order within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example, Ingredients shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays or higher-than-anticipated demand. OTWT shall not be liable for any delay or failure by us to deliver your Order within the estimated timescales as a result of such delays.


Changes To Terms Of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We only use your personal information in accordance our privacy policy. Please take the time to read this, as it includes important terms which apply to you.


Events (Supper Clubs/Seasonal Events)

Our events have limited availability, so booking is on a first come first served basis.

Please note our events are nonrefundable. In the event of cancellation, we will credit the amount to a gift card for re use at the deli or for booking on another event, providing the cancelation is no later than one week prior to the event.
